Don’t take our word for it. Here’s what some customers are saying about Hopper HQ’s ease of use, delivery, customer care, and satisfaction:

“Loving the Hopper experience so far. I’m still on my “Hopper” trial, but I must say I’m pretty smitten. I tried “Later” and was initially quite impressed, but I ran out of credits halfway through the month and they don’t allow you to top-up, so I thought I’d give Hopper a try and they haven’t disappointed. Hopper allows you to schedule unlimited posts per month and 50 in advance, which is perfect for me. What’s more, the customer service team at Hopper is exceptionally responsive and they seem to genuinely care about providing a great customer experience – big shout out to Isabel and Elle for that! If you’re serious about taking your social media to the next level, then I suggest you give Hopper a go.

Ms. J. Jordyn (February 2, 2022) Trustpilot.com

“In our busy lives we do not always get to post to company social media platforms, luckily with Hopper HQ ensuring there are regular posts is easy and can be scheduled months in advance to ensure there is always something happening. “The best social media planner I’ve ever used!

I’ve been using scheduling/planning tools for social media for about 7 years and this is by far the best tool I’ve used. It’s really user-friendly, everything is logical and simplified. My favorite thing is the grid view along the side – it’s amazing that it automatically updates with posts that you’ve shared directly on Instagram, not just through Hopper HQ. Also being able to see hashtag information when adding to captions.”

Shortform video is a relatively new feature for YouTube, so, this article is to help you understand when is the best time to post on YouTube Shorts.

As a brand or influencer, it’s important to pay attention to this trend as it can bring numerous benefits to your channel. The most obvious one, which is probably why you’re reading this post, is that the more active users, the more views your content can potentially get.

After identifying the best times, you can use a tool like Hopper HQ to schedule and autopost your YouTube shorts. Streamlining your content scheduling allows you to save time and focus on other important tasks.

But first, let us take a good look at when is the right time to be posting!

When’s the best time to post on YouTube Shorts?

The best time to post on YouTube Shorts is from 11 am to 12 pm on Tuesday.

However keep in mind that this can change depending on time zone, industry, and target audience. Make sure to leverage your analytics so that you can better understand who you’re reaching out to and when they’re most active.

There are social media marketing tools you can leverage to help find the best time to post on each channel.

Best time to post YouTube Shorts

YouTube Shorts Advantages

First, let’s see why YouTube Shorts is so appealing to users. We’ll also discuss why it’s an excellent opportunity for brands and influencers to expand their reach and connect with their audience in a new and exciting way.

With the increasing demand for short-form video content, YouTube has launched Shorts to answer TikTok. Shorts lets users create and share 60-second video clips with music, effects, and other creative tools. It has taken the internet by storm, and its user base is rocketing.

Accessibility is one of the biggest advantages of Shorts. It’s simple and user-friendly and anyone can use it to create content. This means brands and influencers of all sizes can get involved and make the most of the opportunity. The platform offers various creative tools, including – filters, effects, and speed controls – letting users create unique and visually appealing content.

Another advantage of Shorts is its ability to reach a young and highly engaged audience. With over 2 billion monthly active users on YouTube, Shorts offers a large and diverse audience for brands and influencers to reach. The platform’s algorithm recommends relevant content to the user. This makes it easier for brands and influencers to reach their target audience.

That explains how YouTube Shorts are good. But when to post them?

Is There The Best Time To Post YouTube Shorts?

Several factors determine the ideal time to post content on any platform, and YouTube Shorts are no exception. Brands and influencers need to understand the intricacies of posting content on YouTube Shorts to maximize reach and engagement.

1) Target Audience

The target audience is one of the key considerations when posting YouTube Shorts. Different demographics have different online behaviours. The best time to post content varies based on your target audience’s age, location, and interests.

For example, if your target audience is students, the best time to post content may be during the evenings or on weekends when they’re more likely to be browsing the internet.

On the other hand, if your target audience is working professionals, the best time to post may be during the workday when they’re likely to have some downtime.

2) Time Zone

Consider your followers’ time zones and adjust your posting schedule accordingly if you have a global audience.

You may need to post at the perfect time of the day when most of your audience is active to maximize your reach.

3) Content-Type

Some content types, such as tutorials and product demonstrations, may be best posted during the workday when your audience may be looking for informative content. On the other hand, more lighthearted content, such as comedic skits or reaction videos, may perform better during the evenings or on weekends when your audience wants entertainment.

4) Day Of The Week

While there’s no hard and fast rule, many brands and influencers found that posting content on weekdays, particularly Mondays and Tuesdays, can offer higher engagement and viewership. This may be because viewers are more likely to be in a content-consuming mindset at the start of the week.

What Is The Best Time To Post YouTube Shorts (Overall)?

After considering the factors impacting the ideal posting time for YouTube Shorts, we can determine the best time to post on the platform. Based on research and analysis, the best time to post YouTube Shorts is on weekdays, focusing on Monday and Tuesday, during peak hours for your target audience.

Peak hours are when most of your target audience is active on the platform and engaging with content. This varies depending on the demographics of your target audience. But generally, peak hours are between 12 PM and 3 PM and again from 7 PM to 10 PM.

Posting during weekends may not get as much engagement since many people may be offline. But this can vary based on your target audience. So it’s a good idea to test different posting times to see what works best for your brand or influence.

Best day of the week to post youtube shorts

Plus, consider the time zone of your target audience and adjust your posting schedule accordingly. For example, if your target audience is mainly located in the Pacific Time Zone, posting during peak hours in that time zone may result in higher engagement.

Regarding the content type, informative and educational content, such as tutorials and product demonstrations, may perform best during peak hours on weekdays. As this is when your audience may look for helpful content to consume during their workday. Lighthearted content, such as comedic skits or reaction videos, may perform better in the evenings during peak hours when your audience wants entertainment.

Finally, analyze the results of your posts and make adjustments as needed. The ideal posting time for YouTube Shorts can change as your target audience and their online behavior evolve.

For example, if you notice your engagement is higher on weekends, it may be worth experimenting with posting more frequently during those times.

Best Times To Post On YouTube Shorts By Country

While the best time to post on YouTube Shorts is on weekdays during peak hours, the ideal posting time can vary by country. It’s because online behavior and peak hours can differ based on cultural, social, and economic factors.

For example, in countries where most of the population are early risers, such as Japan and South Korea, peak hours may be earlier, around 9 AM to 12 PM. In these countries, it may be best to post content during these hours to reach the highest number of viewers.

Where most of the population are night owls, such as in Spain and Italy, peak hours may be during the day and into the evening. In these countries, posting in the late afternoon and early evening hours may offer higher engagement.

The best time to post YouTube shorts by country

The weekends may also have different peak hours compared to weekdays. So consider the online behavior of your target audience in your specific country when deciding on a posting schedule.

For instance, in the United States, peak hours are generally between 12 PM and 3 PM and 7 PM to 10 PM on weekdays. But on weekends, the peak hours may shift to later in the day and into the evening. This can vary based on the region. So test different posting times to see what works best for your brand or influence.

In countries where most of the population works 9-5 jobs, such as the United Kingdom and Germany, peak hours may be during lunchtime, around 12 PM to 2 PM, and in the evenings after work. In these countries, posting during these hours may lead to higher engagement.

Best Times To Post On YouTube Shorts By Days Of The Week

Besides considering the ideal posting time by country, factor in the best times to post on YouTube Shorts by day of the week.

As mentioned earlier, the best time to post is on weekdays during peak hours. But there can be slight variations in engagement depending on the day.

For example, research has shown Monday and Tuesday are generally the best days to post on YouTube Shorts. As the start of the workweek often results in higher engagement from viewers looking for new content to consume during their workday.

Wednesdays and Thursdays may also increase engagement. Viewers are in the middle of the workweek and looking for a break from their routine.

Fridays may decrease engagement, as many people look forward to the weekend and have other priorities.

Weekends, on the other hand, can be hit or miss regarding YouTube shorts engagement. While some people may be more likely to engage with content during their downtime. Others may engage in offline activities and not be as active on the platform.

These trends can vary depending on the target audience and the content being posted.

Why Does The Best Time To Post On YouTube Shorts Matter?

Posting at the best time helps maximize reach and engagement with the target audience. By posting during peak hours, brands and influencers ensure their content is seen by as many people as possible. This boosts the chances of it being shared, liked, and commented on.

1) For consistent Engagement:

Plus, posting on YouTube Shorts at the best time can also help build a consistent audience. By posting at the same time each week, brands and influencers can train their followers to expect new content at a certain time, which can help boost engagement and build a loyal following.

2) To increase visibility:

Plus, posting on YouTube Shorts at the best time can also help to increase the visibility of the content in the YouTube algorithm. YouTube uses various factors to determine the visibility of content in its search results, including the posting time, engagement rate, and relevance of the content to the user’s search query.

By posting during peak hours and maximizing engagement, brands, and influencers can boost the visibility of their content in the YouTube algorithm. This makes it easier for new followers to discover their content.

3) Boost your ROI:

Finally, posting on YouTube Shorts at the best time can also help increase the return on investment for brands and influencers. By reaching more people with their content and increasing engagement, they can build a larger and more engaged following. Which can result in more brand deals, sponsorships, and other monetization opportunities.

6 Tips To Find Your Best Time To Post On YouTube Shorts

  3. Consider your target audience: Remember the demographics of your target audience, such as age, location, and profession.

For example, if your target audience comprises working professionals, it may be best to post during the weekdays during peak hours.

How To Effectively Use Multiple Best Times To Post On YouTube Shorts?

After determining the best time to post on YouTube Shorts for your brand or channel, it’s important to use multiple best times to maximize reach and engagement effectively.

Here are some tips for that:

Schedule your content: Use scheduling tools like HopperHQ to plan your content ahead of time and ensure it goes live at the best time. It’ll let you take advantage of multiple best times without worrying about missing a peak hour.

Post at different times: Besides your main best time, consider posting at different times of the day to reach a wider audience. For example, if your main best time is during the weekdays, you can also post on the weekends at a different time to reach those who may not be available during the week.

Experiment with different posting frequencies: Try posting at different frequencies to see what works best for your audience. Some brands and influencers may find that posting daily works best, while others may find that posting weekly is more effective.

Vary your content: To keep your audience engaged, consider varying the type of content you post. For example, you can post a mix of informative videos, tutorials, and entertainment videos to keep things fresh and interesting.

Utilize hashtags: Use relevant hashtags to make your content more discoverable to your target audience. This can increase reach and engagement, even if you post at a less-than-optimal time.

What Makes YouTube Shorts Different Than Other Short-Form Videos (TikTok And Reels)

YouTube Shorts differ from other short-form videos in several key ways, making them a unique and valuable tool for brands and influencers looking to connect with their audience.

No need to start from scratch: First, YouTube Shorts are integrated directly into the YouTube platform, offering users a seamless and user-friendly experience.

This integration lets users easily share their Shorts with their YouTube subscribers and reach a larger audience than other short-form video platforms.

Variety of tools: The platform offers users a wide range of editing tools and features, including music, filters, and speed controls.

This lets users create more dynamic and engaging content that sets their Shorts apart from other short-form videos.

YouTube Music: YouTube Shorts offer brands and influencers access to a huge library of music, which they can use to create fun and engaging videos. This feature sets YouTube Shorts apart from platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, which have limited music libraries compared to YouTube.

Stability: YouTube Shorts offers a more reliable and stable platform for brands and influencers. As a well-established and trusted platform, YouTube offers a secure and reliable environment for users to create and share their content.

This sets it apart from other short-form video platforms that are less established and may not offer the same level of security and stability.

Besides creating Shorts directly within the YouTube app, brands and influencers can also upload pre-made videos to YouTube Shorts.

Here are the steps to uploading a pre-made video as a YouTube Short:

  1. Open the YouTube Studio on your computer.

How Long are YouTube Shorts?

YouTube Shorts are 60 seconds long, making them the shortest of the major short-form video platforms.

This is in contrast to Instagram Reels, which are up to 90 seconds in length, and TikTok, which allows for videos of up to 10 minutes.

The 60-second length of YouTube Shorts offers a quick and concise format for brands and influencers to showcase their content, letting them capture their audience’s attention in a shorter amount of time.

But it also offers a creative challenge to create dynamic and engaging content within a limited timeframe.

How To Disable YouTube Shorts?

While YouTube Shorts can be a useful tool for brands and influencers to reach their audience, there may be instances where disabling them is necessary.

Here’s how to disable YouTube Shorts:

  1. Log in to your YouTube account on a desktop computer
  2. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Scroll down to the ‘YouTube Shorts’ section
  4. Toggle the switch to ‘Off’
  5. Confirm your action by clicking ‘Save Changes’

Disabling YouTube Shorts can be necessary for several reasons.

For example, if you prefer only to use other short-form video platforms, such as TikTok or Instagram Reels, you can disable Shorts to focus on those platforms.

Regardless of the reason, disabling YouTube Shorts is a straightforward process. By following the steps above, you ensure your account is fully secured and your privacy is protected.

How to Monetize YouTube Shorts?

Monetizing your YouTube Shorts through YouTube is a straightforward process that can help you earn revenue from your content.

Here are the steps to monetize your Shorts on YouTube:

Enable monetization: To earn money from your Shorts, you must first enable monetization on your YouTube channel. This can be done by visiting the monetization section of your YouTube Creator Studio and following the steps to enable monetization.

Meet YouTube’s monetization requirements: To be eligible for monetization, you must meet YouTube’s monetization requirements, including adhering to YouTube’s community guidelines and having a channel with consistent, high-quality content.

Enable advertisements: Once you enable monetization and meet the requirements, you can earn from advertisements on your Shorts.

To do this, just enable ads in the monetization section of your Creator Studio.

Utilize YouTube’s Partner Program: As you continue to upload high-quality Shorts and grow your audience, you can join YouTube’s Partner Program and earn money from advertisements and other monetization opportunities.

For people running their businesses on social media, security measures are rarely the priority. They are often lulled into a false sense of security, thinking the default measures of social media platforms are enough to shield their businesses. Thanks to this complacency, businesses are attacked almost 95 times a month on social media.

The pitfalls of a cyberattack are immense—you not only lose money or access to your page but also risk ruining the trust and reputation you’ve built for your brand. In this article, we’ll be discussing 8 security measures for businesses that should be implemented to protect themselves and their customers on social media. But first, you need to understand the types of security risks to know what to look out for.

Common social media business security risks

Here are the common social media risks every business owner should be aware of:

1. Phishing attacks and scams

The most common type of attack—phishing and spam emails are age-old cyberattacks that rely on user slip-ups. Hackers send malicious links to your social media inbox pretending to be authentic sources. Only to steal login data or page access when you click on them.

2. Human error

You’d be surprised to know that 82% of cybersecurity breaches can be traced back to simple human errors. Lack of awareness and training often allows interns or social media managers to share sensitive data with hackers. This can be pieced together to launch full-blown attacks.

3. Malware attacks and hacks

Coordinated, brute-force attacks on social media handles are not uncommon. Phishing scams, apart from using fake login pages, can also inject malware into your device to steal information and take over the entire device.

4. Unsecured mobile phones

Mobile-first platforms such as TikTok and Instagram heavily depend on employees’ smartphones. Since you’re running a business, these devices should be part of mobile device management (MDM). Otherwise, they can act as a backdoor to business. That’s why it’s important to ensure that your phone system is up-to-date and meets the strictest security standards.

5. Unattended social media accounts

It’s a good idea to maintain a consistent, omnichannel presence across social media platforms. But it can become tedious, especially for B2B brands, to stay active on all the platforms when the presence doesn’t justify the ROI. In such cases, brands often leave social media accounts unattended which can allow hackers to carry out scams en masse.

6. Connected apps

Businesses link multiple social media accounts with apps to automate workflow and enrich CRM data. But not all apps are created equal. When you give third-party apps access to your account, you also run the risk of cyberattacks carried through vulnerable apps. That’s why it’s important to understand access settings and vet the apps before connecting them.

7. Privacy settings

Your online security often boils down to privacy settings. Hackers learn from posts and interactions only to launch highly targeted social engineering attacks. You can restrict access to followers and geo-block certain posts to mitigate the issues. Reviewing privacy settings once in a while can help your business stay one step ahead of cyber criminals.

8. Catfishing

Social media provides fertile ground for cyber criminals to not only commit identity fraud but launch catfishing at scale. It’s important to understand who you interact with as a business and refrain from sharing important information unless you’re sure of the other person’s identity.

Risks of social media use for your business security

The power of social media is undeniable for small businesses. Even though you get to reach millions of new customers and engage your audience. You also add security headaches by signing up on a website you have little control over.

In case you become a victim of a cyberattack on social media, here are the types of risks you need to evaluate:

  • Loss of sensitive data: This can range from login details to internal documents
  • Loss of intellectual property: Scammers and identity thieves often take over accounts to steal IP and spread fraudulent content
  • Reputation risks: Social media is all about building a community of loyal audiences—cyberattacks cause irreparable damage to that trust.
  • Data leak: If your business is attacked, sensitive customer data may have been leaked to the dark web where hackers can buy and sell personally identifiable information (PII).

The good news is that businesses have all the power to bolster social media security. By following these steps you can control how your business accounts are presented online and keep cyber criminals away.

These are important steps to take throughout all your business processes. From developing an auditor checklist pre-evaluation to refining your employee onboarding. Ensure you’re always considering security, whether it’s for social output or not.

1. Choose individual strong passwords

Using strong passwords is a no-brainer today, but most businesses don’t know what a strong password looks like.

  • Hackers use automated tools to crack easily guessed passwords. Such as generic personal information or phrases so it’s important to use unique, alphanumeric codes (numbers, letters, and symbols).
  • Next, you want to mandate long passwords (14 characters or more) across teams as they’re much harder to crack. For context, a numbers-only 11-character password can be broken instantly. While hackers need 16 million years to break a 14-character alphanumeric password.
  • Use individual passwords and don’t repeat a used password. There are tools that generate randomized strong passwords in seconds.

2. Use two-factor authentication

Despite using strong passwords, you shouldn’t believe they’re invincible. If someone steals one of your company devices, two-factor/multi-factor authentication will save you. It’s a security best practice to turn on two-factor authentications whenever possible. To have the extra layer of security in case hackers get hold of your account.

3. Take advantage of an SSO (single sign-on)

One downside of a strong password management policy is the onset of password fatigue. After all, there are only so many passwords employees can track and enter every day before taking shortcuts. Single sign-on (SSO) solves this problem by having important applications share a central server. When you log into one application, it creates a cookie in the central server that can facilitate logins into other applications. Use SSOs whenever possible because it makes password management a breeze and your employees will thank you for this.

4. Avoid using public Wi-Fi without a VPN

It’s not that public WiFi is inherently bad but that most public WiFi networks are poorly guarded. To the point that it’s not worth putting your business at risk. Public WiFi isn’t properly encrypted which exposes users to man-in-the-middle and evil twin attacks. If you have to use an unprotected network, make sure you use a VPN that encrypts your traffic and keeps social media data safe from hackers.

5. Train your staff on social media security issues

Enforcing security measures is only one part of the job. Social media admins should also be aware of security risks and act accordingly. Train your social media staff on how to handle login data, interact with users, verify business opportunities, and silo business from personal usage. A security-aware workforce is often your biggest bet against a social media crisis.

6. Set up a system of approval for social media posts

Who is allowed to post on your business page can decide your social media security. Misdirected posts can give away sensitive information, helping hackers to launch social engineering attacks. What you need is a multi-step approval process for stakeholders to evaluate and qualify new social media posts. Create a social media style guide, content calendar, and access permissions. Invite stakeholders to review each post, enforce deadlines and integrate social media within company policies.

7. Setup social media security monitoring tools

On top of managing social media accounts, you need to monitor your social presence. Unattended accounts, imposter accounts, and inappropriate mentions of your company or employees can seriously damage your business’s security. Social media monitoring tools give you better visibility into linked accounts, posts, and engagements so that you can make better decisions. We have discussed the essential tools below.

8. Protect your business accounts from identity theft

Online business accounts have a lot at stake which makes them prime candidates for identity theft. It works in two ways: imposter accounts mimic your business to dupe unsuspecting customers. While CEO frauds impersonate an executive within the company (usually the CEO) to trick employees into sharing critical information. The best way to mitigate identity theft risks is to frequently review audience engagement policies, encrypt sensitive data, monitor credit reports, train employees, and use social listening tools.

FAQs: Security measures for businesses on Social Media

1. How to protect business social media accounts?

Business social media accounts can be protected by:

  • Limiting admin access to business pages.
  • Using strong passwords.
  • Two-factor authentications (2FA).
  • VPN.
  • Security monitoring tools.
  • Training staff about the security pitfalls and best practices.
2. Do I need to use 2FA if I have a strong password and a password manager?

You should use two-factor authentication (2FA) with strong passwords and password managers because they play different roles in business security. 2FA mitigates the risks of compromised passwords. Since you cannot anticipate password vulnerabilities, 2FA acts as another layer of protection.

3. How to prevent business identity theft?

To prevent business identity theft, you have to follow these rules:

  • Create customer relations and engagement policies to verify identity and collect as little information as possible.
  • Encrypt sensitive data and allow access to only relevant users.
  • Review bank statements, do a regular credit monitoring, and review brand mentions online to find suspicious patterns.
  • Sign up for Aura’s identity theft protection service for a holistic solution.

It’s been many years since we have used digital assistants like Siri, Alexa, and Google, to help do household chores. For many people, these Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered machines have become an important part of their daily life.

However, not everyone knows that AI in social media helps gain a competitive edge when creating marketing campaigns.

In a world where the popularity and power of AI are growing each day, it only makes sense to jump on the bandwagon and make it work to your advantage! Read on to explore how AI can be used to scale your marketing effort in social media and drive your business value with our insights.

What Is AI?

Before we dive in, let’s first answer the question of what AI is. While most of us have heard of it or even used it, not everyone completely understands it. Nonetheless, it’s much less fanciful than many people think.

AI is the ability of a computer program or a machine to recreate human thought patterns to complete tasks and learn, thus reducing the effort on the human part. To accomplish those goals, researchers study how our brain thinks and, based on the outcomes of this study, develop intelligent system models.

Machine learning (ML) is a sub-field of AI that is a way to create problem-solving systems. It’s a bit limited in capabilities, but when it comes to predicting outcomes, the accuracy of ML is hard to beat.

So how do researchers study the brain? In case you ask, they don’t connect electrodes to neurons or anything like that. What they do is collect data. This explains why almost every organization is now so desperate to collect data on the activity of their users.  For example, they can order react native app development services, collect arrays of user data, and feed it to the machines for delivering even a higher level of user experience.

AI in Social Media?

When it comes to social media, they owe their existence to AI technology. Take, for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn. These platforms constantly track the behavior patterns of users. Offering them profiles and ads they are most likely to engage with.

Similarly, Amazon’s algorithms effectively increase engagement by using view history to find more content you might be interested in.

However, not only are platforms themselves using AI. AI offers lots of advantages to social media users, too, making it a hidden gem for influencers and marketing specialists.

One simple application of AI in social media is its ability to help you identify and track posts that include mentions. This not only keeps you informed about current trends, but also enables you to establish a strong and effective online presence. By closely monitoring these posts, you can gain valuable insights that will inform and enhance your overall social media marketing strategy

How Can AI and ML Help You Supercharge Social Media?

Now that you know how big an impact AI has on pretty much any aspect of business and marketing. Let’s take a closer look at how you can leverage it for your social media marketing strategy.

Create and Manage Social Media Content

Content has never been in such demand as it is today. It’s at the base of everything:

  • Launching a new e-commerce website that needs product descriptions;
  • Post a job offer;
  • Writing an ad to sell your phone.

By creating compelling content, you can differentiate yourself from your competitors and attract the target audience.

Marketers are constantly generating content to distribute across various channels. Not only that, but they are also responsible for managing it and tracking its performance. This can be a huge amount of work if you have to deal with multiple accounts.

To make this job easier, companies use regular social management tools for the automatization of scheduling and monitoring processes. (Check out Hopper HQ the social media scheduling tool) However, with AI, you can up the ante and take your social media content to a whole new level.

First off, many tools can be used to auto-generate posts. Some of them, like copyAI, can even include hashtags and shortened links so there’s no human effort. Besides, some tools can auto-schedule your posts, enabling you to create and share posts in bulk. This would normally take a big chunk of your work time.

By and large, AI offers lots of advantages for content creation, making it a smart weapon in the arsenal of any marketing manager or business. AI can find employment not only in social networks but also in the creation of content for the website blog. For example, when digital transformation in the insurance industry, this is a frequently used tactic.

More Accurate Insights for Increased Revenue

Social media is a great tool to analyze customer behavior. The only catch is, it relies on such a big volume of data. No man on earth would be prepared to process that information manually. That’s where machine learning (ML) comes into play.

With ML, you can accurately process all those thousands of random conversations that happen every day. As well as scaling your social media analysis to any amount of data you want. As a result, you’ll be far ahead of your competitors. And your marketing efforts will most likely pay off in increased revenue.

Let’s look at some examples of how you can harness the potential of ML for improved social media strategy.

Simple Post, Story + Reel Scheduling ✨

Visually plan your social content. Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn + Pinterest

Engaging Words, Headlines, Videos, and Images

The ability of ML to recognize language patterns, images, videos, and even metadata makes it a useful tool for categorizing posts. However, this isn’t the only strength of ML. Its biggest advantage is that it can detect new topics and trends that haven’t been covered yet, thus giving you a source of inspiration.

On top of that, AI technology comes in handy when you need to create a catchy headline or find powerful words to appeal to your audience. Unlike humans, it can crawl through trillions of posts virtually in minutes to pick out the most effective parts that people are explicitly looking for.

What about visual platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, and similar that have only a little bit of text? That’s where ML shines again. Where most traditional tools are helpless, ML algorithms have no difficulty recognizing things like faces, logos, and objects, making it easy for you to track what people are sharing about your brand on social networks.

Use AI-based Social Monitoring or Listening Tools

While almost every brand claims to listen to customers, only those who use AI-based social media listening tools do so. If you’re not using them yet, now is the time to start.

There are many goals you can accomplish with social media listening tools, but the most important one is that you can hear what people think about your product and brand and translate this voice data into actionable insights. Sprinklr, Mention, and SentiOne are just a few of the tools you can try.

Find the Most Relevant Posts and Reduce Costs

Writing just for the sake of writing is rarely a good idea, especially given the cost and effort it involves. This is why every future-oriented business will benefit from AI implementation. AI algorithms can analyze how existing content aligns with current trends and customer interests, and give you ideas for the next most relevant posts.

Plus, AI can do all the marketing work for you, determining the most effective content strategy, including:

  • What keywords to use;
  • When to publish;
  • How often to publish;
  • Which channels to use for content distribution.

So you can save time and further reduce costs.

Use Content Creation Software

Today there is such a choice of content creation tools that everyone, regardless of their marketing initiatives, will be able to find the most suitable one. So, whether you’re looking to create a quiz or infographics to post on your Facebook account, or you need a powerful social media ad for an upcoming product release, AI-based content creation software has you covered.

Using content creation software also allows you to save money and time that you’d otherwise spend creating and resizing your creatives. It only takes one good ad, and AI will automatically tweak it so you can distribute it across different social media channels.

Finally, many AI-powered tools can write Instagram and Facebook social media ads for you, sparing you the need to hire professional copywriters.

Multilingual Analysis

From time to time, it’s important to perform a sentimental analysis. Sentimental analysis is a great tool to determine what people feel about your product or service and fine-tune the marketing strategy accordingly. For example, if the overall impression of your brand is low, you can take a step back to analyze the reason. If it’s high, you can consider going public.

But what do you do if you have an international user base? If you don’t have a multilingual team who can assess the emotion behind every social post correctly, you should resort to the use of ML.

Luckily, there are tons of tools like:

  • MonkeyLearn,
  • Lexalytics,
  • Brandwatch, etc.

These are designed to conduct multilingual analysis in more than one language.

Plan your social media posts.

Visually plan your posts. Drag and drop everywhere.

Image and Video Recognition

The diversity of content on social media presents a challenge for traditional social media management tools, as they struggle to capture both text-based and multimedia content. However, AI overcomes this challenge, and is able to handle a wide range of content with ease.

How Can AI in Social Media Help You Identify Visuals?

Visual AI, or computer vision as it’s also known, can identify images and videos in more ways than one. What it does is it teaches machines to “see” images the same way people do so they can recognize an object and pinpoint its location and orientation in the image.

Visual AI comes in especially helpful when it comes to categorizing objects. Not only will it provide you with information on how many objects there are in an image, but it will also label them all correctly, by making a quick comparison with the images it has in its library.

It may sound a bit futuristic, but in fact, many of these tools are already widely used. Facial recognition function, QR code scanning, and visual search are just a few examples worth mentioning.

Understand What Your Audience Means

The purpose of a social post is to attract an audience. That said, you don’t want to attract just any audience if your marketing campaign is focused on conversion optimization. That’s where ML comes to your rescue.

Unlike traditional tools that segment audiences according to static attributes, ML allows you to expand your reach by targeting people based on predictions of their future behavior. As a result, you can attract those users who are the most valuable to your business.

One example widely used in digital marketing is programming advertising.

Utilize ML for Sentiment Analysis

As we’ve already mentioned, it’s important to measure the effectiveness of your marketing effort by conducting sentiment analysis. If the people you are targeting have a low opinion of your product or service or are not interested in it, your marketing campaign will fail.

However, with the use of ML, you can monitor those trends and make timely adjustments.

If you notice that people come to your brand but then leave without taking any action, chances are they haven’t found the answers they were looking for. To increase engagement and reach new audiences, you can use AI. It will come up with new topics for the content as well as add specific details to ensure that it keeps your audience highly engaged at all times.

Track Global Brand Mentions

While marketing encourages creativity, it often boils down to testing techniques that have already been proven to work. So why not take a peek at global brands? AI allows you to go the extra mile. Not only can you find all world-known brands by simply entering relevant hashtags but you can also highlight posts that offer the most value to you.

Identify Relevant Influencers and Engaging Accounts

Sometimes, all it takes to liven up your social media account is to find the right influencer. But where do you look for one? You can take advantage of AI-powered influencer research platforms. These platforms will guide you to the best one based on an analysis of their account activity and your marketing goals.

You could go in the footsteps of McFedries. McFedries produced an artificial avatar Li Miquela and create your own AI influencer. With technology, the sky’s the limit!

Analyze in a Smart Way

If you are struggling with structuring your efforts on social media, AI can lend you a helping hand. Here are a few examples of how it can be used to leverage social media advertising and drive outcomes.

Make Accurate Predictions

Marketing requires a deep understanding of customer behavior patterns. This is why marketers spend a lot of time analyzing data. However, they often don’t have access to the same level of tools as AI, which can generate more accurate predictions

AI nails this job. Whether it’s social media or any other channel you use to distribute the content. AI can help you predict LTV and extend it, by giving you insights into how the user experience can be improved.

Prioritize Content on Your Website

With all of the insights AI can give you, it should be easier for you to give users what they want by focusing on the topics they’re looking for. Likewise, you’ll never have difficulty understanding what posts don’t perform well. As AI will always provide you with up-to-date suggestions through the lens of business capabilities.

LinkedIn is different to other social media platforms. As such, we’ve created this simple introduction to LinkedIn scheduling and content creation just for you.

Let’s break the view of LinkedIn as just a job hunting website. This narrow perception ignores the incredible value it can bring to you, as a professional individual, as well as your business.

It’s the perfect platform to expose you and your business to an active audience, giving you a chance to add your voice and share content into a professional sphere. The more active you are in your content niche will naturally land you as an industry specialist, connecting you with like-minded professionals, similar industries as well as clients.

To sum, LinkedIn is the ideal springboard to boost your professional reputation.

LinkedIn is a unique social platform

The most important point with LinkedIn scheduling is that it is different to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. On these platforms memes, funny videos, and poking fun are pride of place, whereas, LinkedIn is a more professional space. That does not mean you have to be dead-pan straight-faced all the time, as it is highly valuable to come across as a friendly human. But please leave the cat videos in Facebook…

This is largely due to audience and the purpose of the platforms. For the average user, the other platforms are highly social and personal with the purpose of documenting our daily lives, connecting with friends, and sharing entertaining content. Contrarily, LinkedIn users are looking to consume content that is relevant and interesting to their working life and interests.

How can Hopper HQ help?

Hopper HQ is designed with this in mind. Each social account has a separate interface with scheduled and drafted posts, calendar and history. This makes it easy to control the content for each platform.

In addition, Hopper HQ allows you to schedule the same media across multiple platforms, with a handy feature to make platform specific edits.

  1. Simply create the post
  2. Then press ‘Create copy of this post’
  3. This will create an exact duplicate of the post, allowing you to then edit for the specific platform.

LinkedIn content is a reflection of you and your business

To build rapport, following and targeted engagement be sure to keep your content relevant to you and your business. For example, generally you are more likely to trust a restaurant’s food and heritage when they have a small menu focused on a specific cuisine. In the opposing light, extensive menus leave more room for lower quality meals. This is how you should think with your LinkedIn. Look at yourself, your business, your position in the market, clients as well as competitors, and ensure your LinkedIn content situates you as a knowledge expert in your field.

This doesn’t mean you cannot engage with other content, industries and trends, as it is advantageous to be well-informed. Rather, ask yourself, does this content make sense coming from me and my business?

Furthermore, ensure your profile is optimised, check out our top 3 LinkedIn marketing tips to take your profile to the next level!

How can Hopper HQ help?

Hopper HQ’s calendar view is the perfect place to easily visualise your content in their publishing order. Here, you are able to view your posts as a whole, so you can easily see your narrative to ensure it makes sense. See exactly how to plan your content using Calendar view.

Content types

Content creation can be tricky. You want enough post variation to keep your LinkedIn page looking fresh and relevant. ✨

Now we’ve set the scene for general LinkedIn content here are some content ideas for your LinkedIn accounts for when that inspiration is running a tad low.

  1. Content marketing 💥
  2. Industry trends 📈
  3. Predictions and Questions 🔎
  4. Teaching content 👨‍🏫
  5. Lessons learned 😌

Content marketing 💥

Whether it’s a product promotion, blog content, team achievements… LinkedIn is a great place to shout about you and your company. The platform has an ideal active audience interested in you and your business developments.

Publishing this type of content assures your followers that you and your business are worth keeping an eye on. It shows progress and growth, and for the most part, your followers will want to support this, even if they don’t go off and buy the product, sign up for the service or read the article. People will be interested in forward movement.

A word of caution here: you don’t want your LinkedIn Page or Profile to be too sales-y. This approach gives off a two dimensional view of your company and its ideals. Especially after the topsy-turvy years of 2020 & 2021, we know that consumers don’t just buy into the product or service. Consumers want to see people and companies with values and faces behind, that tell convincing and appealing stories through their brand image. In the current social media age, we’ve been awarded the perfect stage with these platforms to curate and narrate (in narrower terms: market) to our audiences, in order to gain their trust and loyalty. In a competitive economy, it is clear that you need more than a brilliant product or service to thrive.

In sum, don’t be afraid to publicise the product and/or service you offer – as people will be interested – but remember that LinkedIn is about business progression rather than advertising. This distinction can be a slight change of tone or vocabulary tailored to the LinkedIn professional audience. Perhaps the story of development, the unique selling point, or the potential larger impact of the release, over the price and exact product overview. LinkedIn isn’t where people go shopping (unlike Instagram and TikTok). Rather, it is a perfect place to earn a loyal following and network growth.

Industry trends 📈

On LinkedIn, you want to position yourself as a thought leader and innovator within your industry. This means staying on top of all relevant news, competitors, and trends. At the very least, you can simply share articles, videos or posts of interest. However, the real value comes when give your two pennies worth!

Sharing a perspective or purporting an opinion on a certain trend is good content no doubt. But to go even further, explaining how this trend has influenced your business, and, as well as your decisions creates engaging and relatable content that will resonate with your following.

Predictions and Questions 🔎

Following on from industry trend, it’s interesting and fun to make predictions and ask questions. Whether it’s the outcome of new product development, future state of affairs, worldwide news; predictions and questions are a great way to start an online discussion and hear other opinions. Don’t worry too much about being right, rather conscious that not everyone will agree.

Don’t forget to add a call-to-action for your followers to comment and get involved.

Teaching content 👨‍🏫

A reason many LinkedIn users come online is to keep informed and learn about people, companies and industries of interest. You can play your part by sharing educative content. This will spice up your content, increase engagement, and once again, position you as a knowledgable business person, who wants to help others (not just sell).

Get creative with the format (lists, best practice and how-to guides, videos, infographics…) and remember it’s the perfect opportunity to direct people to your website or blog.

Lessons learned 😌

Business is all about the ups and the downs. Rather than burying the mistakes, we can use them as a point of reflection of the, often tumultuous, road to success.

Showing vulnerability and resilience is beneficial to brand image as it proves there are real humans working hard behind the scenes, of which people will relate to and appreciate. Marketing is very much the polished final version of events, but so much has to be said for the journey.

Final words

LinkedIn is growing in popularity and it is easy to see why. The huge functionality with networking, job hunting, online courses and of course social media, LinkedIn makes presenting yourself and your business as easy and clear as possible.

Nonetheless, LinkedIn can be a tricky platform to navigate, but with these tips, content ideas and a solid social media strategy you’re well on your way to nailing LinkedIn content creation to benefit you and your business.

Mercy Momah founded Secure Agency to celebrate individuality, maximise representation and bring inclusivity to the modelling industry.

Mercy Momah spent the first ten years with the skin condition Mycosis Fungoides hiding her skin. Through her journey of acceptance and understanding the permanence of this condition she wanted to create a platform to showcase skin conditions. This representation, she hoped, would inspire others like her with visible differences to see the beauty in their skin.

We had the pleasure of speaking to Mercy about her incredible platform and agency growth and of course Hopper HQ!

Mercy Momah

Introducing Mercy Momah and Secure Agency…

Mycosis Fungoides

I am Mercy and I’m the founder of Secure Agency.  I created Secure about three years ago after living with a chronic illness and skin condition called Mycosis Fungoides.

Before Secure, for over a decade I hid my skin.  I never went on any holidays and girls trips.  I was really insecure about it.   I got to my second year of university and I was living with one of my best friends from secondary school who knew about my skin condition.  She always told me to embrace it.

I think it’s really important to have that support system and people around that know what you’re going through.  These people really encouraged me when I had this idea for Secure Agency and told me, yeah, go for it!  So I started the platform in 2018/2019. And since then, it’s just been growing and growing.

Secure Agency logo

What is Mycosis Fungoides?

a rare form of lymphoma of the skin

Literally every time I mention the name of my condition, in the most innocent way, I’d get questions like: what is that?!

It’s a condition called Mycosis Fungoides, a rare form of lymphoma of the skin, where your white blood cells become cancerous,  but it’s very, very slow progressive, and in some instances people don’t progress to further stages.

I’ve had it for about 13 years now. I believe I’m a stage 1B and it usually shows up on my skin as patches or lesions.  I’ve literally recently just had treatment, but I had patches all over my skin.

From Insecure to Secure: My Mycosis Fungoides journey

What’s the treatment?

I’m trying to heal with natural remedies and try and see if it can be treated in a different way.

The treatment is UVB light phototherapy treatment.

And this was my third round of treatment. So I had it once in 2013 and again in 2015. Then most recently starting from December of last year, up until May of this year.  I had quite a few sessions this time. 40 sessions total, going up gradually with the light.  So it wasn’t too harsh of an exposure to my skin.

It usually lasts around four to six months before the patches start to appear again.  This is because it’s best to be in sunlight and obviously the UK isn’t the hottest country.  I’m just hoping this time will be longer.

I’ve been vegan since last September.  I’m trying to heal with natural remedies and try and see if it can be treated in a different way.

"You can't blend in when you were born to stand out" - RJ Palacio

What is Secure Agency?

I wanted a space that celebrates those living with different skin conditions, but also somewhere that educates others and creates a space for us in the industry

So, like I mentioned, I started the platform back in 2018/2019, and always wanted it to be more than a social media platform. I wanted a space that celebrates those living with different skin conditions, but also somewhere that educates others and creates a space for us in the industry.

Straight away I started reaching out to different people that I’d come across with a skin condition. I didn’t have Twitter, but my friends shared it on their accounts. I had a few people come back to me, but obviously I’m just one person.

A lot of the people wanted a paid modelling job and things like that, which I wasn’t able to do.  But I told them, more than anything,  it’s a chance for them  to tell their story, hopefully to become more secure and just create more awareness. Which is needed you know, because I feel like it’s not spoken about enough, a lot of people still get hate under their comments if they have a visible difference.

So I wanted to change that narrative.  From my outreach people came from Birmingham, came from Nottingham and traveled down for the first shoot.  Which was just absolutely amazing!

5 Questions with Secure. Henry.

How did you start?

Hopefully people can feel that they can also share their skin and not hide it (for as long as I did)

I started off with Secure stories and hearing the stories and journeys of some people really resonated with me – some of them were bullied, some were teased or made fun of.  Giving them an opportunity to release and share what they’ve been through and how they’re feeling now hopefully helped them as much as it did me.

I started a series of five questions; five questions with Secure. I would reach out to people with skin conditions who are using their voice or using their platform to create awareness. Or people who I just love their content and I would ask them whether they would share more of their journey with Secure?  By answering five questions. Usually like, who inspires them, when they believe they became secure, something they would tell their younger self. Things like that.

I always ask the question at the end: how are you secure now?  How has your journey made you more confident and more secure?  As much as it was not the best growing up, all of them have something inspiring to say, which hopefully people can come across and read or relate to. Hopefully people can feel that they can also share their skin and not hide it (for as long as I did).

A feature on the platform that I would love to grow is mental health awareness. It’s so important. Last year I had a mental health advocate share some tips and some words of encouragement, which I hope helped. I would like to continue doing that.

6 way to improve mental wellbeing using the great outdoors. (1) do some gardening. (2) Discover new walks. (3) Nature spotting. (4) Practice mindfulness. (5) Have a picnic. (6) Take your workout outside.

Have you had any brand collaborations?

The brands that gave me the most response were skincare brands

During the pandemic I reached out to a few different brands to collaborate with.  The brands that gave me the most response were skincare brands.  And those that actually support people with skin conditions.  So I came across a skincare brand based in LA.  They were my first brand collaboration.

I found a few amazing girls with Psoriasis and Eczema as their products specially supported people with those conditions that used their social media to create more awareness about their experiences.  The shoot happened in September last year, and since then, it’s just been growing and growing!

Are there many agencies like Secure Agency?

Not necessarily creating a service for people to model, or share their story

I haven’t seen many.

In recent weeks I’ve seen another modelling management who caters to people with disabilities as well as skin conditions.  And that’s absolutely amazing.

As an agency I’ve come across many brands that are selling a product which is great because it’s supporting people with sensitive skin with our needs in mind. But not necessarily creating a service for people to model, or share their story, in that type of way.

How did you come across Hopper HQ?

It is a great platform to schedule posts

I actually work as a digital marketing assistant, until Secure Agency takes off and I can work for myself.  Until then I still have to be working a job.  It’s for a female entrepreneurship company.  I have two clients who I run their social media.

The company introduced employees to Hopper HQ to schedule our client posts.  I’ve been working there since February and after using Hopper HQ for a couple of months, I was like, I actually really enjoy using Hopper HQ.

It is a great platform to schedule posts.  I don’t have to think about it – which is great because I’m the type of person who, as much as I love Secure, I can sometimes disappear off social media.  And obviously if you want to grow your business?  You can’t really do that.

Literally last month I decided to get this platform for myself and start scheduling posts so I don’t always have to think about it. I can put in the captions, put in the hashtags and it’s good to go.

How important do you think social media is for you and Secure Agency?

It’s a way of marketing yourself

I think it’s so important to reach other people. Like I mentioned, our first collaboration was with a brand based in the US. Even finding the models and talent wouldn’t be possible. So, If you don’t have that social media presence, it’s going to be hard.  Especially in this day and age, it’s a way of marketing yourself.

I went off social media for a few months last year and then came back. And obviously when you come back and you’re being consistent, you start to see growth and you start to see more engagement. Whether you’re selling a product or have a service with consistency, you can start to see more sales, you just see more things happening for your business.

I would say, be consistent, find your community, and know who your platform is for.  Make sure you know who your audience is and what they like. You know, also keeping up to date with things on social media. Reels, TikToks, Instagram lives were a big thing?  Well, during the pandemic.  Hashtags are also important.

What’s your favourite feature with HQ?

It’s just very instant and very easy

It’s just very easy to use.  You put your pictures in, your captions and hashtags in and everything just goes from there.

I absolutely love that you can tag people. So, yeah, it’s just very instant and very easy.

Introducing Grace Stewart…

I wanted to take content creation & social media management more seriously than just a hobby

I’ll be brutally transparent. I’ve been very ill all my life. I couldn’t hold down a job, I wasn’t able to go to university, although I tried and my social life fizzled out very quickly the older I got and the worse I became.

After I got diagnosed at 23, I started working for my dad and it wasn’t the most enjoyable thing to do.  I love my dad, but working with family sometimes just isn’t it although we did share a bunch of good moments.

He ended up suddenly passing away in 2018. I lost my dad.  I lost my job.  It was a horrendous time of my life.  I managed to get a basic job soon after because I needed to pay my bills.

I questioned myself all throughout 2018, is this my life?  Is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?  Does this make me happy?  And the answer was, no. I managed to save a bit of money and I upgraded my camera and decided I wanted to take content creation & social media management more seriously than just a hobby.

I submerged myself into an industry that I wanted to be a part of.  My partner was doing something similar at the time with his own company but more events based. We had that shared passion and after working a few months of 7 day working weeks, I ended up quitting my nine-to-five for my company Team Go Creative!

Wow, what an introduction! What are you currently doing?

Team Go Creative

I set up my own company – Team Go Creative.  It didn’t go as smoothly as I may have wanted but it was very exciting at the beginning. I had a load of clients that I was working with, on top of my nine-to-five. I then finally had enough to financially support myself that I quit my nine-to-five.

In November 2019 we moved to Norwich because after visiting it throughout that year – we feel in love with the city & the people!  It’s full of independent based businesses and really good for what I wanted to do, so we moved up! Unfortunately, Covid then happened in 2020, exactly when I would have liked to have got out into the city and networked, introduced myself in person etc for Team Go Creative. Instead, I ended up neglecting my Instagram until after the first lock down and here we are. Still adjusting but here we are!

How did you get into social media and Team Go Creative?

I moved on from social media management and decided to do more content-based work

I dabbled with a few things at the beginning. I have always loved Instagram, I blogged, I’ve done a bit of Youtube.

Now I’m more of a content creator on various things, as I said, like events, products and things like that.  But at the beginning I did social media management. And I was using Hopper HQ on multiple accounts, all scheduled on Hopper HQ – I realised how time-consuming it is!

I loved grid planning. I loved scheduling everything.  Knowing when my favourite content was going out and keeping an eye on it.  But sometimes you have clients where your vision isn’t the same as theirs.

And I did have to separate myself from that, because I’m so passionate about creating content.  So I moved on from social media management and decided to do more content-based work.  Now I’ll get booked for a shoot and we’ll do a series of photos and video content and sometimes paired with management, I have the option and the ball is in my court! It can go from product work, lifestyle, to a friend down the road that’s pregnant and wants a baby bump shoot and video. I’m a lot happier!

I do make sure that I’m varied.  I realise that I love scheduling and grid planning, but I think it was just more for my own accounts – my personal and my business.

Do you currently manage anyone’s social media accounts with Team Go Creative?

I want to build relationships with businesses in Norwich

I’m not writing it off completely.

I would love to do it for other people because I love being organized and I felt like when you go onto Hopper HQ, you can see everything! You’ve got your grid, you can see how it’s taking shape and maybe what you’re missing and what you might need.

I’m doing outreach at the moment, mainly in Norwich because my partner works in London with celebs and their businesses, it’s really exciting. It’s really interesting for him but we have three dogs and I absolutely love Norwich.  Commuting isn’t for me, I want to be here.

I want to build relationships with businesses in Norwich that don’t quite understand social media and how imperative it is. I would like to offer advice and help if that’s what they felt they needed.

I’m hoping with outreach and some of the clients I’m speaking to at the moment, they may be up for me scheduling again – which would be absolutely amazing to take full control.

How are you doing outreach at the moment for Team Go Creative?

I’ll be then offering a whole package for businesses

Classic me – I’m very organized. I’ve got a spreadsheet. There are particular businesses that I do enjoy, especially children based products. They’re a joy to make content for, you can bring in many types of elements and get really creative.

I’d love for my partner to get involved, he knows how to build websites including e-commerce & SEO that I’m not extremely confident with.  A big reason why he wants to help me and push Team Go Creative is because we plan on getting married next year. It would be wonderful for some funds to go towards that by increasing my own salary.  It really would be a game changer to  have him more involved as I’ll be then offering a whole package for businesses that therefore don’t need to outsource, I can provide it all!

How important do you think social media is to businesses in 2021? Like coming out of the pandemic, just in the modern day and age?

Businesses should definitely not underestimate what a decent Instagram feed can do for their brand

If you’re asking yourself the question – “oh, I want to get my hair done” or something, you go on Instagram.  Yes, I used to go on Facebook, but mainly to read reviews.

Instagram is literally every businesses shop window!

I was looking at getting hair extensions in Norwich, so I typed in #Norwichhairextensions.  All of the businesses come up.  I didn’t initially go onto the internet.  It was grabbing my phone and I was going on Instagram.

I’m not talking about Facebook as much. I’m not talking about Twitter either.  In my opinion, they’re not the ones that are the go-to social platforms to focus on, especially in the beginning.

On Instagram, it’s all about how the feed’s looking. You want it to be aesthetically pleasing, right? If things are all over the place, it’s like, what the hell am I looking at?

You tend to lean towards the ones that care about their Instagram feed.  It’s easy to look at, everything’s all organised and I feel like they know what they’re doing.  I don’t know whether it’s really vain of me to say that but I feel I trust that business more so. Businesses should definitely not underestimate what a decent Instagram feed can do for their brand.

How did you find Hopper HQ originally?

Have you not heard about Hopper HQ?  It is so easy!

I did the hard work for everyone else.  I tried several different tools.

This was at the very beginning when I left my nine-to-five and decided this is going to be my job now.  I needed help.  My partner told me that there were tools out there that can help you schedule, do analytics and rest!

I used to work for an agency where I created content for their clients.  I’d speak to the account managers and I’d ask what scheduler they use. I would have them tell me all these platforms like Sked or Later and I’ve tried all of those and I just couldn’t seem to grasp them.  I felt like what I was initially getting sold –  it just wasn’t it!

So I asked the account managers “have you not heard about Hopper HQ?  It is so easy!”  I was screenshotting things and sending them across, I’m always up for making people’s lives easier! They were constantly complaining about scheduling and how some tools do certain things but not the other – and I’m like, Hopper HQ will really save you so much hassle!

I’ve neglected my account and I’ve just signed up again because I couldn’t manage my business page without it.  Otherwise I’m on my phone and I’m having post content and write captions working from my notes but still setting reminders and alarms on my phone to stay consistent, it’s ridiculous! I may not be scheduling clients’ content and just my own, I’m still recommending you guys!

What do you like about Hopper HQ?

I’m not blindsided, but I am very loyal

It’s always been a go-to.  I do try and stay as current as possible to see what is out there.  I’m not blindsided, but I am very loyal.  I just haven’t found anything that worked as good as what you have.

Whenever something might go wrong, I go into the chat, and send a quick message and speak to someone.  So to have that customer support, I haven’t had that with any other platform, especially not as speedy as Hopper HQ.

And I saw something pop up yesterday that you were doing a webinar*?  I feel like I’m not using Hopper HQ to my fullest potential.  Especially since I’ve been recommending it to so many people.  I’m literally just saying it is the best scheduling tool that I’ve used but it would be nice to know any features I may not be using.

If you had to pinpoint a favourite feature, what’d you reckon it would be?

The fact you can put a cover photo on top of that really helps keep on theme with the feed

It’s a difficult one, because I love seeing the grid…  What I do like is when you upload something, it uploads quickly and you can start writing your caption while the media is uploading.

And again, there’s some platforms where you can’t upload a cover photo for a video.  I’ve really liked that.  I don’t necessarily know what the beginning of a video is going to look like.  So the fact you can put a cover photo on top of that really helps keep on theme with the feed. This avoids me having to re-edit a video to shove an image at the beginning, yes, I’ve had an account manager request that from me before, it was horrifying!

Do you have any exciting projects coming up?

Raise London with ‘Raise the Space’

I’m teaming up with my partner to support him with Raise LDN with ‘Raise the Space.’ They are two guys, Waz and Charlie, based in London and they do these workout events in varied locations in London, one of them was on a helipad!

They’ve got another event coming up.  I know where the location is, but I don’t think anyone else does yet, that’s going to be a good one.

So I’ll be getting involved with that with my partner, assisting him with photos and he’ll be heading up the video content. The energy with be incredible!

Introducing Astrid Mirabel

My mission is to introduce people to themselves

My name is Astrid Mirabel and I am a licenced Psychotherapist by trade.  I am very holistic by nature and for me therapy is a vocation, it’s the movement that allows me to best express my Self, my abilities and qualities. It’s a way of being and living. I have a degree in Psychology, and in Psychotherapy & Counselling.

My mission is to introduce people to themselves because there has been a significant programming into who we are ‘supposed’ or defined to be.  And this flawed premise is the basis on how we perceive this reality and build our life, which is so far from who we truly are. I am really passionate about human transcending their limitations and breaking through their old paradigms. There is so much untapped potential that is left untouched by so many because of self-limitations due to flawed beliefs.

So, It is time to unlearn the unhelpful things we have learnt from wounded people or people who clearly did not hold our best interests at heart.

I have thus collated over thirty years of study, research, applications of modalities in psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience (which I have a huge interest in) holistic techniques, alternative therapies. This provides the client with a comprehensive solution-based that achieves effective results much quicker, because people can express a pathology differently.

Astrid Mirabel

Can you explain what you mean by ‘programming’?

Our thoughts, and therefore the formation of our beliefs, are largely influenced by those who came before us

Our seemingly solid beliefs are merely the coagulation of a series of individual thoughts that we at one time thought and then continued to think. Because, from the moment of our birth (and even before), our thoughts, and therefore the formation of our beliefs, are largely influenced by those who came before us.

The thing we call our conscience is our impregnated belief (fostered upon by those who came before us) in that which is right versus that which is wrong for us to be, do, or have. And this belief system has been imposed upon us from the outside (parents, culture, school, religion etc.) and can be modified by the decree of whoever is currently influencing our thoughts. In other words, our diverse and flexible consciences have been moulded by the fears, praise, admonitions and promised rewards or threatened punishments to be administered (either now or later) by those generations who have come before us.

Quantum Science has shown us, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that what we think, feel and believe has profound determination of our reality. It has also shown us that at the very basic foundation of physical existence there is no actual substance upon which life as we know it is built. There is only form — energy held in different patterns. As energy is held in various patterns, it creates different experiences in the physical world, impacting our perceptions, our beliefs, our vitality and our health. And so, our definitions shape our experiences and so the question is, Are we making choices from a limited or limitless perspective?

Until you put your beliefs aside, you will not see the world beyond your beliefs. Therefore, your redefinition of what it means to be a human being, your “Essential Self” requires that you love and accept every aspect of yourself—the enlightened part, the crazy part, the compassionate part, the loving, fearful, angry, and shameful parts, to allow you to access the whole of who You truly are and make choices from an empowered place.

Ultimately all therapy is psychotherapy. Because the actual cause of any physical (manifested) experience is first a mental experience.

What are release techniques?

Everything is energy including our thoughts and emotions

The root cause of emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges — from stress at work to discord in relationships to chronic pain to financial lack — is energy. Or rather, these challenges are the result of subtle blockages within our body’s energy field.

Everything is energy including our thoughts and emotions. Thoughts cause biochemical reactions in our brain that release chemical signals, and those chemical signals make the body feel exactly the way we were just thinking.

By releasing “the story” your mind is telling you about what is and isn’t possible for you. It all begins with clearing and working with the energy patterns that form your inner and outer experiences so you can fully master the energy that is you.

We are multidimensional human beings. There is more to us than meets the eye, even more to us than meets the mind.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EFT, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, Psychometrics, Access Bars, Reiki and Massage techniques, to deal more effectively with the different pathologies and with blocked energies and bring a transforming life-changing result.

These are techniques studied to let go of fear-based beliefs. In fact it is safe to do so and when you free yourself out of this limitation mindset by choice, you then discover a new world, so to speak, full of new opportunities you couldn’t have access to, as long as you were in the vibration of fear and lack.

This means creating safe attachment with the client’s wounded aspects of self so they can stay in an energetic space that supports their healing and reintegration

Really interesting, any other main techniques?

 Breathwork is our anchor.

As a human being, one of our greatest unclaimed powers is the ability of our heart to produce harmonic fields. These are real forces that affect the realities of our own body-mind system,

Each cell of our body emits light. This type of biologically-based light has been identified as Biophotons in the new science of Biophotonics. This is not a metaphor. It is a physical reality of your bodily nature.

I work a lot with Breath work and hold Meditation workshops. Life, is the breath in each moment, for without the breath there is no life. Breathwork is our anchor.

Deep breathing is a big part of our well-Being because with that deep breath, there is activation on a cellular level. It is the current that carries the vitality to the extremities of the cells. And the more we are breathing the more we are thriving.

When you feel anxious, scared or uncertain, if you learn to stay with the breath, so you can call your tension into your heart centre, and you slow your breathing, just a few breaths slower than usual. This tells your body that you are safe, you’re in a place that’s safe and you feel safe. It’s a switch, it’s like an emotional trigger that frees the rejuvenating in a healing chemistry in the body because the stress and survival chemistry is not needed if you feel safe.

So when you slow your breathing and focus in your heart, that is the doorway.

In regards to the Meditation work, it needn’t be a complicated process at all. You are going into meditation for one reason only, and that is to quiet your mind in order to release resistant thought in order to tune your vibration upward, so that it comes closer and closer to that of your source energy.

How do you use social media for your work?

I appreciate social media for what it is

In the digital age, you cannot approach your healing journey like a computer with secret short cuts to learn. Each step of this journey must be done with honesty, humility, and earnestness. If not, you will remain at the exact step you are on, unable to proceed until a more authentic version of self arrives to advance your journey forward. This is why everyone deserves more love, not less.

I appreciate social media for what it is, it gives me a forum to reach simultaneously many people in different time zones, to empower different groups of people at the same time. It also allow me to promote my work and put myself out there so to speak.

Why do people usually come to you?

My role is to restore their ability to make more deliberate choices from an empowered place

No one ever comes to the conclusion that ‘chaos’ is chaos, unless they have known the feeling of clarity… So, my role is to restore their ability to make more deliberate choices from an empowered place, so they can get back into their own alignment; especially those who don’t believe that they can be happy under the conditions of their life. And that’s the part that I have to help them understand, that their happiness isn’t about what’s going on, but what’s going on is about their happiness. So I let them know that I’ll be right there with them helping them to find it.

Individuals who come to me, deep down feel the call toward more, they know that there is more to them and there are those who feel ready to engage in transformation and healing, because they have been in pain for a long time and can no longer stay in that place.

I strongly believe in human’s true potential for greatness and my gift is to see the expression of people’s higher self and my role is to “extract” that wave and make it dominant to them so they can re-connect with the whole of their identity.

What do you like about Hopper HQ?

It’s very easy to work with.

Obviously, because it can schedule your stuff.  This is the allure.  It’s to have a tool to schedule your work for you.  Just, you know, you can schedule whenever, I very much like that.  It’s very easy to work with.

If I have a problem, I just send an email to customer services and boom, I’ve got my answer.  So there is no struggle.  So yes, I very much love Hopper HQ.

What are the benefits of scheduling content?

The benefit is that it’s a huge chunk off my load.  It saves time!

I mean, obviously time wise!  Sometimes I could spend a whole day writing and then I have to reduce that content into a post that people are going to understand.  Because I understand it one particular way when it comes to me and I have to make it translatable to the public.  So that is a huge amount of work.

I’m very happy that I have a social media manager tool.  The benefit is that it’s a huge chunk off my load.  It saves time! So when you have something like Hopper HQ it’s literally a helper.

Seriously, when you have a business, you do realize every little helps.

Are there any exciting projects planned for the future?

I have branched into film-making as I was inspired to produce short films on the abundance of wellbeing that permeates our physicality. This is a year-long course and I have great plans and ideas. It’s the next logical step.

I am launching a new really exciting project about female healing and empowerment circle, the Wellbeing Dojo,  as I am aware that therapy is not accessible to everyone. So, this is a more accessible version.

How can people contact you to make an appointment?

I have an online booking system!
